Welcome to Spa Essence Salon and Day Spa, a center for well body and beauty.
Your appointments are very important to us at Spa Essence and we have reserved them especially for you. We understand that sometimes you’ll need to reschedule an appointment. We respectfully request that you call at a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment to let us know about any changes. Please understand, when you call outside of that window, we lose the opportunity to book that time with people who may be waiting for an appointment on a waiting list. Your stylist loses income for that day.
If you are unable to call within that window, there is a $25 same day cancellation fee that we will require either through Venmo or it will be added to your next appointment. This is a small way our stylists can recoup costs associated with a large cancellation in their day.
